Brent Alexander

Director of Demographic Research

Brent Alexander has been performing demographic and housing research in Texas since 1999.  Prior to joining SDS in 2006, Brent served as a Senior Market Analyst for Mercedes Homes and Pulte Homes.  During his time as the lead demographer for SDS, he has worked with over 30 school districts.  Brent’s responsibilities have included providing demographic analysis and enrollment forecasts, assisting district planners with the creation or modification of attendance zones, geocoding student demographics, and producing district maps with GIS applications, ArcGIS and MapInfo.  He holds a M.A. in American Studies from The University of Alabama and a B.A. in History from Oklahoma State University.

Ted Wilson

Ted Wilson (20+ years experience) began his career with Vantage Companies. During the 1980’s, he developed apartments as well as a residential golf course community with the Parkford Companies. Since 1992, he has conducted analyses on over 500 communities in the D/FW area. Ted graduated from Amherst College.

Cassie Gibson

Cassie Gibson began her career with JPI, a national multi-family developer, and has been with RSI for over 15 years. She has conducted in-depth analysis on over 500 new home communities in Dallas, Ft. Worth, Austin, and San Antonio. Outside of Texas, Cassie has been involved with research projects in California, Florida, Arizona, Maryland, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
